1. Agreement to Terms

By using BeiMei Date (北美相亲网), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on BeiMei Date and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract and are not barred from using our service under any applicable laws.

3. Community Guidelines & Safety

You agree to treat other users with respect and to follow all applicable laws while using BeiMei Date. Violence, threats of violence, sexual violence, coercion, stalking, harassment, hate speech, scams, fraud, or any other abusive or illegal behavior are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent removal without prior notice. We actively monitor the platform using moderation tools to help maintain a safe environment for all users.

4. Prohibited Commercial Activity

BeiMei Date is for personal dating and relationship use only. Buying, selling, promoting goods or services, soliciting payments, requesting money, or attempting to move users into off-platform commercial transactions is not allowed. Accounts used for commercial activity, financial solicitation, or other unauthorized marketplace behavior may be suspended immediately.

5. Privacy and Content

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share your personal data. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a license to use it for providing the service.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate reported conduct, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, our safety rules, or applicable law. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect the safety of our users and community.

7. Advertising and Sponsored Content

BeiMei Date may display advertising or sponsored content in public areas of the website to support the service. Advertising does not imply our endorsement of any advertiser, product, or service. We may add, remove, or adjust ad placements and monetization features over time as the platform evolves.

8. Mandatory Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By using this Service, you explicitly agree that any disputes or claims arising out of this agreement or your use of the BeiMei Date application will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. You entirely waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The Company is legally indemnified from all user conduct, content, and interactions both on and off the platform.
