1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on BeiMei Date infringes your copyright, you may send a notice that identifies the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement made in good faith under applicable law.

2. Required Notice Information

Your notice should include enough information for us to locate the material, your legal name or authorized signature, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter Notices

If content is removed because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may submit a valid counter notice where permitted by law. We may restore content if the legal process allows restoration.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly misuse our intellectual property complaint processes.
