BeiMei Date has a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. This platform is for users 18+ only.

If you see content or behaviour that may endanger a child, tap the ⋮ menu on any profile or message → Report → “Minors and child sexual exploitation”. Reports in this category reach a person immediately and, where required, are referred to the NCMEC CyberTipline and law enforcement.

Matching is not consent. It means someone was curious about you — not that they agreed to a sexual conversation, to photos, or to giving you their number.

• Sexual content is never an acceptable opening. Explicit first messages, like comments and bios are refused outright.
• A no, a change of subject and a silence are all answers. Stop there.
• If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them. Blocking is instant, needs no review, and they are never told.
• Blocking also ends the match: they can no longer message you, start a video call, or see whether you are online or typing, and your profiles disappear for each other.

On their profile or in the chat, tap the ⋮ menu or the flag icon → Report, choose what happened, and add anything that helps. You can block at the same time.

Violence, threats, harassment, scams, illegal activity and any attempt to buy or sell paid services are removed. We never tell the reported member who reported them.

We do not conduct criminal background checks on members, we do not screen against sex offender registries, and we do not verify anyone’s identity.

A verified badge means a member submitted a selfie for review against their photos — a signal that the photos are probably of them. It is not an identity check and says nothing about anyone’s character or intentions.

Your exact location is never shared with other users. Only the general city or neighborhood is displayed. You have full control over what personal details are shown.

• Do not buy or sell goods, services, or gifts through the app.
• Keep conversations on the app until you feel comfortable.
• Always meet in a public, crowded place for the first time, and arrange your own transport.
• Inform a friend or family member about your plans.

Reporting to us is not a substitute for reporting a crime. You can do both.
