Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

BeiMei Date is an adult dating platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and take child safety extremely seriously. We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including the PROTECT Act, CIPA, and applicable state statutes, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving the safety of minors.

2. Who Can Use BeiMei Date

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any feature of BeiMei Date. We do not knowingly allow minors to register. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account is permanently removed immediately and without notice.

3. Published Standards Against CSAE

These are BeiMei Date's published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any image, video, or text depicting sexual content involving a minor (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual communication directed at a minor
• Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, or facilitating CSAM or content that sexualises minors
• Misrepresenting age to circumvent our minimum-age requirement
• Attempting to move minors off-platform for any communication

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

5. What Happens After You Report

When a child safety report is received:

• The reported content and account enter our highest-priority Trust & Safety review workflow.
• If CSAM or child exploitation is confirmed, the account is permanently banned.
• We remove the content from the platform and preserve the records needed for investigation and reporting.
• We report confirmed CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline or another relevant authority when required by applicable law.
• We preserve records and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Age Assurance — What We Do and Do Not Do

We would rather tell you exactly what our safeguards are than describe them impressively, because a parent or a member deciding whether to trust this platform needs the real answer.

• Date of birth at sign-up, enforced by the database. Every account must give a date of birth, and an account whose date of birth is under 18 cannot be created or saved — the rule is a constraint in our database, not a check in the sign-up form that a modified client could skip. It remains a self-declaration: we do not verify it against a document.
• Automated text scanning. Messages, like comments, bios and prompt answers are scanned before they are saved. Content that sexualises a minor, or that pairs a stated age under 18 with sexual content, is refused outright and the account is put in front of our team.
• Date of birth is locked once set. A member cannot change their age after signing up; only our support team can correct it. This closes the obvious route around the minimum age, where an account is created with one date and changed afterwards.
• Member reports. Child-safety reports are the highest-priority item in our review queue and reach a person on a single report.
• Photo screening is not enabled on this deployment. Photos here are reviewed by a person when they are reported, and not classified automatically.
• What we do not do: we do notperform documentary identity or age verification, and automated classification is a filter rather than proof of anyone's age.
