Child Safety Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
BeiMei Date has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. Any such content will be immediately removed, the account permanently banned, and the incident reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement authorities.
1. Our Commitment
BeiMei Date is an adult dating platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and take child safety extremely seriously. 2. Who Can Use BeiMei Date
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any feature of BeiMei Date. We do not knowingly allow minors to register. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account is permanently removed immediately and without notice.
3. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and a report to authorities:
- Any image, video, or text depicting sexual content involving a minor (CSAM)
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication directed at a minor
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM or content that sexualises minors
- Misrepresenting age to circumvent our minimum-age requirement
- Attempting to move minors off-platform for any communication
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
Open the profile or message of the user you want to report → tap the ⋮ menu or the Flag icon → select "Report" → choose "Child Safety / CSAM"as the reason. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours, and child safety reports are escalated immediately.
Send a detailed report to safety@beimeidate.com with any screenshots, usernames, or other relevant information. We treat all child safety emails as urgent and respond within 24 hours.
You can also report CSAM directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at missingkids.org/cybertipline or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
5. What Happens After You Report
When a child safety report is received:
- The reported content and account are immediately reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
- If CSAM or child exploitation is confirmed, the account is permanently banned within minutes.
- The content is removed from the platform and any copies are permanently deleted.
- We file a mandatory report with the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
- We preserve records and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
6. Age Verification
During sign-up, all users are required to confirm they are 18 or older. We use a combination of date-of-birth verification, AI-assisted profile photo review, and reactive user reports to detect and remove underage accounts. We continuously improve these safeguards.
