In order to provide our matchmaking services explicitly tailored to your preferences, BeiMei Date collects personal information including but not limited to:
- Registration Data (Phone number, Email out of necessity for security authentication).
- Profile Setup Data (Photos, Birthdate, Gender, Dating Preferences).
- Usage and Device Information (IP Address, Hardware type, Interaction metrics).

2. Data Usage and Security

Your data is heavily encrypted. We utilize industry-standard cryptographic techniques to secure your personally identifiable information. We expressly DO NOT sell your personal profile data to third-party data brokers. Profile parameters are entirely utilized to operate the internal match-recommendation algorithm.

3. Phone Numbers and SMS Verification

BeiMei Date uses your phone number to send one-time verification codes when you request account sign-up, login, or account security verification. These SMS messages are transactional authentication messages only and are not used for marketing.

We do not sell or share phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited information with service providers, such as Twilio and Supabase, only as needed to send verification codes, secure accounts, operate the service, comply with law, or prevent fraud and abuse.

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, reply HELP for help, or contact support@beimeidate.com. Message frequency varies based on your sign-up and login attempts. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Advertising, Cookies, and Third-Party Technology

BeiMei Date may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services on selected public-facing pages of the website. These advertising services may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons, or similar technologies to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising. We do not sell your private chat content or private profile data to advertisers. Where required by law, we may display cookie or consent notices before showing advertising.

5. Location Tracking

By opting into location services, you permit BeiMei Date to calculate relative distances between users to optimize matches. You may disable location tracking at any time via your device settings, but doing so will prohibit access to our Distance Filtering tools.

6. Account Deletion Rights

Under CCPA regulations, you maintain the fundamental right to demand complete erasure of your platform data. Utilizing your account settings, you may permanently purge your profile, rendering all associated database entries immediately irretrievable.
